Instead of filling out the normal “About Me” section, I thought I’d make my first post a little bit about myself as well as a description of what you can expect from my blog (all though I don’t have it all figured out yet)!

First and foremost, my name is Jasmine!

I am new to blogging so please bear with me.  I love cats and have two of my own.  I am going to be attending college in the Fall and could not be more thrilled.  I have a passion for film and that is what I will be majoring in throughout my college career.  As well as film, I have always had a passion for makeup.  Throughout the past year, I have dabbled in writing and that has contributed to me starting this blog.

This is not the first or second, blog I’ve created but the third.  I had created my first blog a few years ago, having absolutely no idea what I was doing, although not much has changed in that respect.  I then created my second blog at a….difficult time in my life, during my sophomore year of high school.  But we can talk about that another time.  I plan to keep this blog and update regularly.  Third times a charm right?

A majority of what my blog will consist of beauty related things, whether that be tutorials, reviews, etc., as that’s what I’m passionate about.  As I said earlier, I did start this blog to write as well.  So, I’m hoping to also be able to use this blog to help others through writing about my past and future experiences.  You can think of the “Life” section of this blog as a diary, not only for my own advantage of being able to speak freely but also to help you, the readers.
